Flowing Tide in south Reno burglarized

The Flowing Tide Pub, 4960 Longley Lane, was burglarized at about 6:30 a.m. today as the suspect used a large ram to make entry into the closed and unoccupied business through the rear door, Reno police said.

Four slot machines were pried open and the contents removed from the machines before the unknown suspect fled.


Although, no suspects are known at this time, in prior crimes of this nature several business have been victimized in consecutive days.


Businesses are asked to use reasonable precautions and citizens are asked to contact the police and report any suspicious subjects loitering near closed businesses.
