Foxwoods MEPA Comments

There was a hearing in Milford yesterday which signaled the start of the MEPA process for the Foxwoods development project.

MEPA stands for Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act.

MEPA is encouraging members of the public to submit their comments regarding the Foxwoods’ environmental project impacts in writing before November 20. We urge all citizens to take advantage of this opportunity to share your concerns by emailing them to purvi.patel@state.ma.us.

The state is required to respond to all questions and comments.

Environmental concerns include traffic.
