Milford attorney and Finance Committee member David Morganelli recently explained why Milford has NO need for casino revenue.
Per Morganelli, the $25 million promised by Foxwoods is not absolutely guaranteed because it is unsecured. He also stated that the Host Community Agreement has many flawed provisions.
