The MEPA Hearing was delayed due to TRAFFIC!

No SNOW to snarl traffic!
A Tuesday evening so no Cape Traffic.
This was just your ordinary, every day failed Massachusetts roadway!
Cedric and his lackey [apologies! I don't know his name and he'll change pretty soon anyway] appeared more than half an hour late.
No acknowledgement by Cedric because after all "We're Sovereign!"
This evening's MEPA Hearing was of such importance that it was suddenly realized that Cedric, lackey and Genting's attorney were gone within less than an hour.
