By Jen Heger - Radar Legal Editor
Two people who played alongside several A-list actors, including Ben Affleck, Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire in Tinsel town's top-secret poker circuit, have settled their lawsuits with the estate of a convicted fraudster, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
David Garden and Lawrence Hahn have agreed to the settlement, which will pay investors who lost money in jailed money manager Brad Ruderman's hedge fund, which was actually an elaborate Ponzi scheme that allowed Ruderman to settle his massive gambling debts.

Hahn has agreed to pay $303,210.00 and Garden will fork out $314,685.00. The lawyer for the investors is asking a federal judge to sign off on the agreement.
An FBI investigation into Ruderman, the CEO of Ruderman Capital Partners, uncovered how he lost $25 million of investor money in clandestine poker games held on a twice-weekly basis in suites at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills and the Viper Room on Sunset Boulevard.
Ruderman is currently in prison until 2018 in Texas for wire fraud and two counts of investment adviser fraud.
