Today we wrap up our series on Howe Street promoter Louis Dion, the key figure behind Vancouver's newest gambling website, iVegas.com.
Why are we writing about Dion? For two reasons.
The first is that iVegas.com takes bets from Canadian residents, but isn't licensed or regulated by any recognized Canadian government authority. I think this is deplorable. These sorts of businesses need to be regulated.
