Isn't there a time frame specified in the statute?
Dear Mr. Ziemba,
I see on the MA Gaming Commission
website that the MGC has three "Public Input Meetings" planned for next week,
October 21 (Lancaster), 22 (Wrentham), and 23 (TBD).
Will you please provide detailed
information about what the MGC considers a "public input" meeting? Input about
what? What is the format? Will these meetings be advertised in the local papers?
On the town websites? Will there be a request posted on the MGC website for
public comment? We would like to give citizens enough notice and enough
information to fully participate.
(I trust these are not the Public
Hearings as required under M.G.L. Chapter
23K, Section 17.)
Thank you.

Ms. Greanier, my level of technical expertise is very suspect. However, perhaps a page you previously visited has not refreshed? Below is how it looks on my screen.

Mr.
Ziemba,
I have looked on the "News & Events" page, but I could find no archival video there of the MGC Meeting- October 7, 2013.
I looked on the "Live Stream and Video" page, which directed me to YouTube. I could find nothing on the "Live Stream and Video" page nor on the YouTube channel for the MGC meeting on October 7th.

Perhaps I am missing the link. Will you
kindly direct me? I'd be most appreciative of any help you could
give.
Also, it has been brought to my attention
that it is impossible to post comments on the MGC website blog postings. I tried
several times myself after this was reported to me. The other parties and I
received this error message when we tried to post:

I've looked on the website and can find no
comments on any of the posts. Disappointing, as this is one more case of a
process that makes it immensely difficult for one to be heard — unless, of
course, one is a casino developer. Perhaps this should be fixed, or at least the
illusion of being able to leave comments should be removed.
Thank
you.

Dear Mr. Ziemba,
When will the video of the October 7th MGC meeting and slots proposals be uploaded to the internet? Will it be uploaded to YouTube, or will it appear on the MGC website?
Thank you.
