A gambler jumped to his death from a second-story balcony inside the Resorts World Casino at Aqueduct Race Track in Queens on Friday.
A gambler jumped to his death inside of the Resorts World Casino at Aqueduct Race Track in Queens on Friday — while on a winning streak, police sources said.
The man, whose name was not immediately released, leaped from a second-floor balcony and landed in the main lobby of the gambling hall on Rockaway Blvd. in South Ozone Park about 5:50 p.m.
There were dozens of people in the lobby when he landed, the sources said.
Paramedics rushed the man to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, and he died about three hours later.
Casino workers told cops that the victim wasn't in the red.
“He was gambling there today, but he was up,” a police source said.
