^The Final Weekend: The Details
The struggle over the future of a
neighborhood comes down to this: which side will get more volunteers out this
weekend for the final push to reach our neighbors. We know from recent polls
that the race is too close to call, and that come Tuesday, every vote will count
if we are to send casino developers packing. The activities this weekend -- our
last effort to inform and identify registered voters in East Boston and a number
of opportunities for visibility -- could not be more important. We need as many
of you as possible to drop by our headquarters at 28 Paris (where we'll put you
right to work!) and show up at Sunday's visibility events. Please RSVP to
noeastiecasino@gmail.com or simply
stop by 28 Paris St. this week to let us know what you can
do.
