“Out
of Luck” is a new, feature-length documentary about the state lotteries
that is now in production and the producers need YOUR help.
This film
will tell the REAL story of state lotteries and will expose them for what they
really are – deplorable schemes created and supported your government, taking
direct aim at our citizens, with no actual monetary benefit to the
state.
Can your
government truly state that they care about problem gamblers if they
simultaneously own and operate multi-billion dollar gambling
operations?
In order to
best tell this story and pull back the curtain, we need your stories! If you,
or someone you know, are struggling with an addiction to lottery products –
whether it is video lottery terminals, traditional lottery games or scratch
tickets – we want to hear your story.
We are
seeking people who are willing to openly share the story of their addiction. We
understand that sharing this story with the public is not easy, but in order to
make real change and bring light to the state’s shameful deceit, we need real
people to step forward and share their struggle.
If we do not
show that gambling addiction is a real problem that affects real people, we will
not convince anyone that change is necessary.
