The Cost to Taxpayers

A Glorified Slot Barn at Suffolk Downs, with the partnership of $20 BILLION DEBT Caesars, will cost Masschusetts taxpayers + $500 MILLION according to Senator Petrucelli. That was before the Senator and Mayor Menino received a 'charitable contribution' from one of the Suffolk Downs' owners.

Massachusetts taxpayers are supposed to subsidize Caesars, all on the pretense of 'saving horse racing'? Caesars' cash flow goes to debt payment. Will Caesars go the way of Revel and file bankruptcy?   

Get involved and ask questions. This will cost us dearly.

The Mayor's Host Community Advisory Committee set to make the rounds next week. Come to one of these meetings armed with your questions. Members from No Eastie Casino will also be in attendance and will be available to talk before and afterward about what you can do to stop a casino from coming to East Boston.
