If revenues declined 3.3 per cent and the 'handle' dropped 6.3 per cent, it would appear they have reduced the payout percentage. Since they are a Tribal Casino, the percentage is not disclosed, mandated by state law.

MASHANTUCKET — Foxwoods Resort Casino reported slot revenue Friday of $50.5 million for August, a 3.3 percent decline compared to August 2011.
Slot handle, the amount of money people put into slot machines, was $592.5 million, a 6.3 percent drop from the August 2011 handle.
“Our August results demonstrate a trend toward market stabilization, as our slot revenue steadies to within a narrow range of $50 million a month,” said Scott C. Butera, Foxwoods’ chief executive officer.
Foxwoods paid $12.8 million to the Connecticut Special Revenue Fund in August 2012, as part of a compact with the state that allows the casino to have slot machines in return for 25 percent of the slot revenue. Since 1992, the casino has paid more than $3.4 billion to the state. [What other business uses historic revenues to justify its existence?]
