Produced in protest to the pending initiative to install a casino at Suffolk Downs race track, thereby clogging up traffic and ultimately turning route 1A into a parking lot. This protest song draws parallels between the battle being waged to preserve the way of life and potential for additional prosperity in East Boston Massachusetts and surrounding towns with that waged for Wood Island Park and Neptune road that was fought to no avail with the huge airport development that now eclipses East Boston of today.
