Mashpee Wampanoag Pre-Election $$$$

From facebook:

Details of Wampanoag (Genting) pre-election expenditures are posted at the link below. Post election reporting will be interesting to see additional allocations.

Interesting payments to one consulting group at PO Box in Boston which otherwise has no public listings as businesses in Mass - e.g., "Blackhound, Inc" - and which turns out to a front owned solely by Brooke Scannell. Why did Scannell need to cloak her identity for the T4T campaign payments? Since the Tribe already pays her did she really need a new, otherwise anonymous entity name?

A fair number of campaign consulting payments to T4T members here as well - but other than local food, rent and some small percentages of printing/signs done - the vast majority of expenditures were outside of Taunton. Probably a good prediction of the jobs and local benefits Taunton can expect here as well.

Payments to Taunton located sources: 27%
Payments to other location sources: 73%

Taunton payment breakdowns:
"Campaign Consulting" - for T4T staff: 18% (note: they paid all the Taunton staff less than all of their Mashpee and other location consultants)
Rent - 3%
Signs - 3%
Postage to USPS in Taunton - 2%
Food - 1% (Taunton got the tribe's pizza business - but since the casino will have restaurants don't count on this continuing)
Printing in Taunton 1% (note: they used other printers for the vast majority of work)

Payments to non-Taunton sources:
"Campaign Consulting" - 31%
Video & website production - 22.13%
Printing - 15%
Supplies - 3% (they couldn't bother to purchase these locally?)
