There could be another side to this ban list. They could be banning people for
figuring out that their payout percentages are set very low and they don't want
it to leak to the public. People who go into their casinos a lot figure it out.
Taking someones winnings should be a crime. They have already been accused of
not paying some of the bigger jackpots. These casinos steal enough from people
in Oklahoma so why allow them to steal it in this fashion also. I am sure that
they don't give back the money spent to win a jackpot to these people.
Tribal Slot Barns do not have to comply to standards of consumer protection, disclosure, oversight and enforcement.
This issue has been raised elsewhere and is worth noting.

I agree 100% with your evaluation of this ban list. Over the last several months these casinos have literally turned off their machines and the payouts are pathetic. They use the excuse that their machine are only for pleasure and don't want regular players. Casino managers say they make enough from new players. New players don't know the odds. It is time for state regulation in Indian Country. This ban list is just another scheme to take more money from Oklahoma Citizens. I guess they really think that Oklahoman's are ignorant.
