As the State Senate heads into its second week of debate on a bill already passed by the House, a few major questions do still remain, however. Chief among them is where the casinos will be, and who will get to determine that. As the bill stands now, only voters in the ward of a city closest in proximity to a proposed casino will get to go to the polls to approve or reject the idea. State Senator Sonia Chang-Diaz joins us to talk about her proposed amendment that would give all the voters of a municipality a say.
