Man Arrested For Holding Up Casino

SIOUX FALLS, SD - Authorities arrested 32-year-old Richard Madetzke just hours after he's accused of holding up the Little Vegas Casino, attached to the Liebrary Bar.

Police say Madetzke was turned in by someone who he owed money to. Investigators haven't determined whether he's connected to other crimes.

"That's one of the things we're looking into to see if he's had any involvement with any of the other robberies as well. It's way too soon to say. It's certainly something we're looking at," Officer Sam Clemens of the Sioux Falls Police said.

Madetzke is charged with second degree robbery. A background check shows he's also been in trouble for burglary in the past.
