WHERE DOES ALL THAT CASINO GAMBLING MONEY COME FROM? And why is almost no one asking?

WHERE DOES ALL THAT CASINO GAMBLING MONEY COME FROM? And why is almost no one asking?
(please modify and use this template to share this message with your neighbors. See items in parentheses for sections you will need to change. City/town loss amounts can be found at links below)
You may want to consider where the money that goes to the casino, comes from. Only a portion comes from out-of-state gamblers or from recapture from CT and RI casinos. The other $1 billion comes out of the local economies, including (Holyoke).
For people to start spending it at the casinos, they have to stop spending it where they currently are. There is no other way that can happen. Casinos will suck out another $1,000,000,000 in discretionary spending from our local economies. That's not conjecture, it's described (though, as you might imagine, indirectly) in the MGC's own documentation. It may seem hard to fathom, but (Holyoke) residents will contribute roughly ($5.4) million of that total. That's the equivalent of (54) (Holyoke) businesses each losing $100,000 a year in sales. How does that help (Holyoke) and her businesses? Or the (Holyoke) residents who work for those businesses?
To see how much money the casinos will suck out of every city and town in Massachusetts, go to the following links. Feel free to copy and customize this message with your town's losses, and then share it with your neighbors. Most people do not yet realize this loss will be their town's burden.
