Further investigation found that Quigley had a Sands player card and lost more than $770,965 at the casino from October 2012 to February, authorities said.
"She was living a lifestyle beyond her means in conjunction with a gambling habit," Luksa said.
Quigley's attorney, Thomas Carroll, told the judge that Quigley is under the care of a psychiatrist.
