Massey Seeks To Surrender To Marshals; Judge Agrees
Country Crossing lobbyist Jarrod Massey has asked the court to allow him to surrender to the custody of U.S. Marshals. Massey has struck a plea deal with the government in the gambling corruption case.
Acknowledging that he is facing prison time, Massey is asking to voluntarily surrender to begin serving his sentence.

After an conference call today, Judge Myron Thompson has approved the request. He ordered Massey to turn himself in no later than 10:00 A.M. on January 19.
