Ronnie Gilley's attorney complains federal prosecutors withholding information in newest charges
Former U.S. Attorney Doug Jones, now representing Dothan developer Ronnie Gilley in Alabama's bingo gambling corruption probe, has filed a motion with a U.S. court maintaining federal prosecutors are withholding information in the newest charges against Gilley, the Dothan Eagle reports. Gilley is set to appear Wednesday on a motion by the federal government which wants his pre-trial release revoked because it claims he tried to bribe lobbyist Jarrod Massey to limit his testimony against Gilley in the pending vote-buying case.
