Between Oct. 17 and Dec. 4, 2012, Deborah Keshel, Hercules' live-in girlfriend, without authorization or the knowledge of the account holders, issued and cashed 60 checks from the Foskolos' First Northern Bank & Trust account totaling $ $53,200 by forging the name of Hercules Foskolos, according to court documents.
Keshel admitted to the theft during an interview with Detective Kerchner, according to court papers. Keshel said she used the money for Christmas gifts and to gamble at local casinos.
