Galvin claims $800G investment fraud

Developer Edward Kooyomjian Sr. of West Boylston defrauded three investors of nearly $794,850 by selling interests in real estate ventures in Leicester and Sutton, Secretary of State William Galvin said in an administrative complaint. Kooyomjian allegedly used the money to pay for gambling trips from Foxwoods to the French Riviera.
