NY Gov.’s casino comments raise Mass. eyebrows

Cuomo said Tuesday that New York is actively looking at plans to legalize commercial, non-Indian casinos as part of a comprehensive gambling plan.
Cuomo’s comments come as Massachusetts lawmakers are struggling to draft their own casino plan.

New York already has Indian-operated casinos and electronic slot machines at horse tracks.
