Region C (Southeastern Mass.) Schedule

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is seeking public comment on whether the Commission should allow new applicants to compete for the Region C license (currently applications are limited to those from applicants that filed RFA-1 applications for the slots license and for Regions A&B on or before the deadline of December 31, 2012, and one applicant that filed the RFA-1 application for the Region C license on or before the Region C deadline of September 30, 2013); whether the Commission should extend its current September 23, 2014 Region C RFA-2 application date to March 2015 or some other date earlier or later; and how the Commission can further improve the competitive environment in Region C.
