Although I've always said the Casino Vultures know how they'll weasel out of their commitments before the ink is dry, looks like they weaseled out of the deal before the ink dried!

Another reason to Repeal: Upon viewing the Revere HCA summary agreement, that seems to leave out a lot of details the one bullet item that sticks out is under the section titled Reopener Provisions: “The Gaming Commission does not make compliance with the HCA a condition of Mohegan Sun’s license”.

 This pretty much adds ballast to assertions that there are NO GUARANTEES that agreements will be adhered to. So – residents can conceivably vote for an agreement that does not come to fruition and will not be enforced.
